Phlebotomist - Certified

Hourly (Per Diem Position)

or Daily (PRN)

Seeking Phlebotomist with 2-3 yrs DOT Collection Experience

     Qualifications:

• 2-3 yrs of phlebotomy experience REQUIRED
• Certified phlebotomist
• Certified DOT Urine/Hair Collector Preferred
• Nights & Weekends Availability
• Alternating Weekend Shifts 8-12
• Driver's license/acceptable background check
• Strong organizational and communication skills

     Responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy with exceptional customer service to patients

• Acquire samples for drug screenings, paternity verifications,  alcohol analyses, both capillary & venipuncture techniques 

• Register patient data obtaining payments & billing info 

• Ensure collected specimens are appropriately labeled and identified for easy tracking and record-keeping

• Be willing to carry out additional and different administrative and clerical duties whenever necessary, venturing to extra collections sites as needed:

• Distribute samples to designated departments
• Drive to patient's location/business 
• Adhere to lab's chain of custody procedures
• Monitor storage and inventory of supplies
• Maintain a clean & healthy work environment
• Follow QA and safety procedures
