Lab Services Inc is a Medical & Diagnostic Laboratory and is CLIA certified since 2003. With its main headquarters in Mission Texas, Hidalgo County, LSI provides services to surrounding communities with several physical locations. LSI in NOT just a collection facility, rather an actual laboratory!
Testing services include Blood Work Exams ordered by a physician or for self monitoring as Health Screens. We do not diagnose, treat, consult or provide follow up advise for testing services.
Current providers for Drug & Alcohol Services include customers in City Municipalities, Hidalgo County Departments, School Districts, Private-Commercial Trucking companies & Towing companies. With certified DOT/BAT collectors,
LSI is a Member of Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) now the NDASA National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association .
DNA Collection Services has recently grown with more availability of technology and methodology. LSI provides Affordable, Confidential services with Certified Phlebotomist as Collectors and AABB Certified, Court Admissible Reports.

The online course will provide a supervisor the reasonable suspicion and refer an employee for drug and alcohol testing. This course, DOT Reasonable Suspicion for Supervisors, is intended to provide a supervisor of drivers and other safety-sensitive positions with the ability to recognize symptoms that indicate the use of drugs or alcohol among his or her employees.
